Sweet and thick, aged for 15 years 100% Trebbiano grapes Produced in Modena - Italy In a presentation box Lodovico Campari's balsamic vinegar is made only from grapes picked only from Trebbiano vineyards. The grapes are pressed immediately after they are picked and the must is then fermented in open top barrels until it has reduced by two thirds. The cooked must is then put into oak barrels and aged for up to 15 years.
